While I was working on compiling a PDF proof of some writing drafts this morning, I realized MS had "enhanced" office with AI. Without asking, without consent.

I was able to do the registry edit solution and now the AI.exe task does not appear to be loading when I go in to work on a draft.

I want to again remind people that AI is an equal opportunity robber. Your rough drafts? Private journals? AI don't care and will gobble that up.

8) take pictures of wash, paint, ink, glue etc spills

9) don't drink paint water of too high toxicity

I've been using one flavour or another of UNIX (including Linux) for 35 years and I still have this problem. (Not aided because the order of operands for ln and ln -s are mirrored: it's as infuriating as the meaning of || and && in csh compared to sh/bash, except csh is really of historic interest rather than in day to day use these days.)

My sister, who is a teacher, just discovered that a statement of opinion from a one Dr Henry Valdez, a professor at Miskatonic University, is present in the teaching materials that third-party content writers provided to her and all her other co-workers. It's presented as a real place, with real students.

She discovered it after a student of hers cited the source in an assignment. None of her co-teachers or her principal knew it was there, or even what it is.
